With more than 47 years in the construction industry, my work has spanned field operations, project management, safety, building science, high‑performance construction, workforce development, and consulting—including Integrated Project Delivery and Industrialized Offsite Construction. My career has been shaped by a practical understanding of how buildings are actually built, and a deep commitment to improving how projects, teams, and training programs perform.
